This Terms of Service Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you ("User," "you," or "your") and Expirely ("we," "our," or "us"), a software application owned and operated by Piotr Dynia, based in Poland. By using Expirely, you agree to comply with and be bound by this Agreement.
We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time, and you agree to be bound by any such modifications or revisions. We will notify you of any changes by updating the date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Service after the changes are made will constitute acceptance of the updated Terms.
Expirely provides a digital platform that helps users manage and monitor their social media posts across various platforms, including, but not limited to, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, X (Twitter) and LinkedIn. The Service includes various one time payment plans with different features, such as scheduled deletion or scheduled posting.
Registration: To access certain features of Expirely, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information and to update it as necessary.
Account Security: You are responsible for safeguarding your account information and for any activities or actions under your account. Expirely will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized use of your account.
Prohibited Activities: You may not use the Service for any unlawful purpose, to harass or harm others, or in a manner that violates any applicable law or regulation.
Plans: Expirely offers two one time payment plans – Standard and Pro.
Payment Terms: By paying, you authorize Expirely to charge your payment method on a one time basis.
Refunds: Payments are non-refundable except as required by law or explicitly stated in our policies. We reserve the right to change the pricing of any plan.
Promotional Discounts: A 25% launch discount may be applied to subscriptions as specified in promotional materials.
We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting it. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for more details on how we collect, use, and share your personal data.
Ownership: All intellectual property rights in the Service, including but not limited to text, graphics, software, and trademarks, are owned by Expirely or its licensors.
Restrictions: You agree not to copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our Service, nor reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of the software, unless laws prohibit these restrictions.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Expirely shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to lost profits, data loss, or business interruption, arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Expirely's total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you to Expirely during the twelve (12) months prior to the incident.
Expirely provides the Service on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that the Service will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of harmful components. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Expirely, its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising from or related to your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any intellectual property or other right of any person or entity.
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of Poland, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms shall be resolved in the competent courts of Poland.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or Expirely. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
